Project Description:
Reconstruction of Flatbush Avenue Connector and New Britain – Hartford Busway Contract 9. Work includes creation and enhancement of approximately nine (9) acres of wetlands and five (5) acres of upland plantings along with the relocation of existing I-84 on-ramp from Flatbush Avenue.
