Project Description:
Rehabilitation of Tunnels E &F that run between the Exchange Place and World Trade Center Stations. These were completely flooded during Hurricane Sandy and are showing latent salt damage to their infrastructure. The main challenge with this work is that it will be weekend only. Scope of work includes replacement of Medium Voltage Power Cables, Signal Cables, Traction Power Cables, Track Fasteners and Third Rail, Running Rail, Tunnel Lighting and Blue Light Station.
